NPL OpenAPI

The NPL OpenAPI code generator produces offline versions of the NPL application APIs.

It is invoked with the npl-api target of the NPL Maven Plugin.

The OpenAPI specification is generated on a per-module basis under the target/generated-sources/openapi directory.
