Sign up on the NOUMENA Cloud Portal

This guide explains how to sign up on the NOUMENA Cloud Portal, create your first tenant, and choose a subscription plan.

Sign up

  1. Navigate to the NOUMENA Cloud Portal registration page: https://portal.noumena.cloud/auth/sign-up

  2. Add account information. Provide a valid email address and a password. These credentials will be used to log into the portal and access your applications

  3. Click "Sign up with email" to create your account

You will receive a confirmation email.

You will also receive an email inviting you to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA) for your account, starting with the configuration of a one-time password (OTP).

The link provided in the email will be valid for 12 hours. In case that link expires, you can trigger the OTP process anew by requesting a new 2FA Email (click on your account avatar in the Portal, then on the edit icon). We strongly recommend setting up MFA to enhance the security of your account.

Create a tenant

Once the account is set up, you will be prompted to create a tenant.

A tenant is a team space and a namespace for your applications (e.g. your applications will appear under the URL https://portal.noumena.cloud/<tenant-slug>/<application-slug> in the NOUMENA Cloud portal, where the tenant slug is a version of your tenant name without special characters). You can invite others to manage apps within the tenant. You will need an active subscription to create apps.

  1. Enter the tenant name

  2. Click "Create tenant"

Choose a subscription plan

After creating a tenant, you will be prompted to choose a subscription plan. These options all include a 30-day free trial.

  1. Click "Start trial" for the plan of your choice

  2. Provide payment information (credit card required for trial plan)

  3. Click "Start trial" to activate your subscription

Congratulations! You have successfully registered on the NOUMENA Cloud Portal, created a tenant, and activated your subscription.

You can now start creating applications. Happy building!
